In charge of implementation of Regulation Analysis and Evaluation States regulation 2022, Ministry of Law and Human Right DKI Jakarta States Office was made working group for Regulation Analysis and Evaluation Peraturan Daerah DKI Jakarta Nomor 6 Tahun 2015 About Tourism. DESMA Center joined that working group.
House of Representative (DPR RI) ratify Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 about work create on 5 October 2020, which next drafted on 2 November 2020. UU Cipta Kerja is a first Omnibus Law product in Indonesia. Logic consequent with drafted UU Cipta Kerja is a formulation for technical regulation which will describe the main regulation.
With that it will changing regulation in many level speifically in states regulation. Beside from UU Cipta Kerja, there is many requirement in Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2015 tentang Kepariwisataan which not relevant. Specifically formulation of UU cipta kerja will be concerned with characteristics in state regulation, mainly in DKI Jakarta States.
Analysis and Evaluation Result is a recommendation with the regulation status which needed: (1) revision; (2) replacement; or (3) keep .
