The RBM approach is carried out to encourage national park management to be more adaptive and anticipate political-socio-economic dynamic around the park; and to generate various support from key stakeholder e.g. local government, community, and NGO. Park management is requested to be a pro-active organization, responsive, and creative to manage the park.
The objective of this training is to provide conceptual support, methods, and technical advice for GLNP Management to implement RBM in the right way and strengthening effectiveness of the park’s management. This training aims to integrate the perceptions of key staffs and field staffs toward RBM and develop SOP/mechanism for bottom up planning process, data collection and analysis for policy makers.
