Focus Group Discussion in Finalising the Indonesian Tourism and Creative Economy Investment Strategy Document
The Directorate of Investment Management, Deputy for Industry and Investment, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy held a Focus Group Discussion (DKT) Finalising the Indonesian Tourism and Creative Economy Investment Development Strategy Document, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy on Monday, 29 November 2021 at Hotel Santika ICE, BSD City in a hybrid manner.
On this occasion, the DESMA Centre team presented the material on the Indonesian Tourism and Creative Economy Investment Development Strategy. Attending to deliver remarks, directions and open the event, Plt. Director of Investment Management Mrs Hanifah S.Kom, M.Laws.
The event was also attended by the Deputy Secretary for Industry and Investment, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, representatives from the Directorate of Industry, Tourism and Creative Economy, Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas; Directorate of Services and Area Planning, Ministry of Investment/BKPM; Directorate of Strategy Studies, Directorate of Destination Development I, Directorate of Destination Development II, as well as the Deputy Secretary for Tourism Products and Events, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy; along with all coordinators, sub-coordinators and staff within the Directorate of Investment Management.
After the DESMA Center team presented the material on Indonesia's Tourism and Creative Economy Investment Development Strategy; the expert responders provided feedback on the material presented. The expert responders consisted of Mr Dadang Rizki Ratman, Expert Staff for Business Development; Mr Ricky Pesik, President Commissioner of PT ITDC; representatives of the Directorate of Industry, Tourism and Creative Economy, Ministry of PPN/Bappenas; representatives of the Directorate of Services and Area Planning, Ministry of Investment/BKPM; Mr Hari Waluyo, Ekraf and Mrs Hanifah S.Kom, M.Laws, Plt. Director of Investment Management. Other participants also provided responses and input to the material that had been presented.

The finalisation of the Indonesian Tourism and Creative Economy Investment Development Strategy material was the concluding activity of the entire series of document preparation. After the exposure, the finalisation was done by DESMA Center's team of experts by elaborating the final input from the participants, and then submitting the final document to the Directorate of Investment Management, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
Rights of circulation, dissemination and ownership of the document rest with the Directorate of Investment Management, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
