Penandatanganan MoU DESMA Center dengan Poltekpar NHI Bandung
DESMA Center Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Poltekpar NHI Bandung at the Poltekpar NHI Bandung Campus, in Bandung. Taking place on Friday, October 28, 2022, the signing was done by Founder & Director of DESMA Center Wiwik Mahdayani with Vice Chairperson I (Academic Affairs), Erfin Roesfian.
This activity was also attended by DESMA Center Co-Founders, Head of AAK Subdivision, Head of TPK Subdivision, Head of Department & Secretary of Tourism Department, Heads of Study Programs under the Tourism Department, and Cooperation Coordinator of NHI Bandung Polytechnic.
This signing is a synergy between DESMA Center and Poltekpar NHI Bandung to implement the 4 pillars of DESMA Center which are directed to be the scope of cooperation, namely tourism planning research & documentation, capacity building & tourism education, facilitating tourism digitalization and sustainability program design & implementation.
Through the signing of this MoU, it is expected that various research activities in the field of tourism can be realized immediately, especially on an international scale.
The follow-up implementation stated in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between DESMA Center and Poltekpar NHI Bandung is cooperation in the context of Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi through human resource development, research and studies, tourism marketing and information technology, guest teachers and student internships as well as tourism-related mentoring activities.
One of the concrete programs and implementation of this collaboration is supporting international study programs and mentoring tourism vocational schools in Sumba, which is one of DESMA Center's long-term projects.
